The owner of a fish restaurant in Turkey, Niko Valdes, complained that certain difficulties arise when receiving Russian tourists. It is reported by Euronews.

The entrepreneur noted that all of his main income is made up of visits to his establishment by foreign guests. However, in 2022, he had difficulties in receiving travelers. Valdes noted that there are problems with Russian credit cards in Turkey.

“Russians come to a restaurant, they want to pay with cards, but our terminals refuse to accept them,” Valdes said. – Everyone is upset, I’m upset – my client is too. The Russians are in a difficult situation,” said the owner of the restaurant.

He also noted that about 50% of the profits come from Russian tourists.
