The owner of the Strong Coffee coffee shop in Lyubertsy near Moscow, Alena Polyakevich, was found guilty under the article on discrediting the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), stated in card index Lyubertsy City Court. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the girl was fined 45 thousand rubles.
In the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported, that the reason for initiating an administrative case was the girl’s comment on the social network. According to the site Msk1.ruAlena Polyakevich on her Instagram profile (belongs to Meta, recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) told how she kicked out of a coffee shop a participant in a special military operation who “behaved, to put it mildly, not very well.”
After Alena Polyakevich’s publication, activists of the Russian Community ZOV movement, accompanied by police, came to the establishment. Participants in the movement wrote a collective statement against the girl. They also stated that the girl published videos from protest rallies on social networks and asked to check Ms. Polyakevich for involvement in financing the armed forces of Ukraine.
