The seventh annual winter multi-day cycling race “Turkey Track” is taking place at the Omsk cycling track these days. Athletes from Omsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk regions and Bashkortostan are competing for awards.

“The participants at the opening were greeted by the President of the Omsk Cycling Federation Pavel Kostyukov, the head of the ONF executive committee in the Omsk region Suzanna Yegiyan and the deputy of the Omsk City Council Sergei Frolov,” the regional Ministry of Sports said.

As it became known, athletes are competing for medals in the walking round of 100, 200 and 250 meters, scratch, as well as elimination races, points, “tempo”, Madison and the “Race of FIRST” in Keirin BMX. The competition will end on January 6.
