Another mobilized person died on the territory of the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School. This was told by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the region Nina Shalabayeva. This is the second death of a mobilized person in Novosibirsk. The age of the deceased and the cause of death have not been released.

He called from the training unit and said that there is a complete mess, no one is watching the mobilized, everyone is doing what they want, ”she wrote. Later, she was allegedly told that he died of a heart attack, although he had no heart problems. As Elena Gudo said, her son supported six children.
5 October Ombudsman Tatyana Merzlyakova applied to the military administration of the ICR and the military prosecutor’s office on the fact of the death of two reservists on the territory of the Elansky garrison in the Sverdlovsk region. Tatyana Moskalkova, Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, announced the need to check the conditions for mobilization and the causes of “tragic situations.”
