The Olympic champion held a master class for young wrestlers from the Nadym region

On October 28, Olympic champion Mansur Isaev held a master class at the Arktika sports school for hundreds of young northerners who practice sambo and judo. The head of the Nadymsky district, Dmitry Zharomskikh, spoke about this.

“In the spring, we signed a tripartite agreement with the Gazprom Dobycha Nadym company and the Decent People charity foundation. As part of the agreement, we support the Talent Academy project. It is aimed at developing culture and sports in the Nadym region,” the head of the municipality wrote on his social media pages.

Pupils of the Leader sports school and the Pangodina cultural and sports complex Harmony took part in the master class from the Olympic champion.

This event was the third held under the Talent Academy project. Dmitry Zharomskikh noted that thanks to the program, young residents of the region can learn from real winners.

Previously, we told you that the governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Dmitry Artyukhov, and the head of Noyabrsk, Alexey Romanov, worked in Belgrade for two days. They met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the republic Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko, with whom discussed topics of cultural, educational, trade cooperation between Yamal and Serbia.
