According to her, chicken, turkey or rabbit skewers are best in this regard, since they have little connective tissue and do not need to be marinated.
Solomatina also recommended eating barbecue with vegetables, fruits and berries are also suitable, especially kiwi, as well as lingonberries, cranberries, papaya and pineapple.
She noted that it is possible to help the body digest shish kebab through sauces, the best options are pomegranate or lingonberry.
