The number of victims of Ukrainian Armed Forces shelling in Lisichansk has increased to 20, RIA Novosti reports citing data from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Earlier it was reported that on Saturday Ukrainian nationalists attacked a bakery building in Lisichansk. As reported by the Investigative Committee, according to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out from the HIMARS MLRS. The regional Ministry of Health reported ten injured, five of them were in serious condition. It was reported that about 40 people could be under the rubble of the building.

The head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, said that the Kyiv authorities deliberately hit the bakery on a day off when people were going to buy bread.

Lisichansk is located next to the front line; before the Ukrainian Armed Forces left, many administrative buildings were destroyed, and the city’s infrastructure received significant damage. At the same time, the city is periodically shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
