The NTV channel announced the composition of the jury of the third season “You are super! 60+”

Very soon, the premiere of the third season of the international musical project “You are super! 60+”, which is attended by talented people over 60 years of age, for one reason or another left without the support of relatives and friends.

In the new season, the composition of the jury will remain the same. The chairs of the star judges will be occupied by opera singer, Honored Artist of Russia, two-time Grammy Award winner and Golden Mask Award winner Ildar Abdrazakov; People’s Artist of Russia Valeria; poet, singer and composer Irina Dubtsova and singer, poet and musician Stas Piekha.

Stas Piekha: “”You are super! 60+ is a very delicate project where you have to carefully select the words you say. So in a way, I feel excitement and anticipation. This is not an ordinary TV project where you can say everything in the form in which you think, because people are adults, with a complex life history, and you have to be doubly careful. I’m a little worried, but I know that after this project I will become a little better. From the new season I expect an atmosphere that will make you smarter, brighter, more mature, wiser, maybe even more mature, because from these people, from their stories, presentation, you still learn something. What matters in this project is not singing, but inner energies.”

Valeria: “You are super! 60+ is an insanely interesting project in which quite mature people take part, some of them non-professional singers. Participating in the project are those who really like to sing, and not set career goals, as is very often the case at competitions between young artists. They come just to share their thoughts, feelings and stories. This project is extremely honest, therefore it is so emotional. From the third season, I’m waiting for new revelations. Last year there were incredibly talented participants. I think that there will definitely be those who will amaze us this year as well. I wish you all peace and endurance. I sincerely want our participants to be less worried and this will in no way affect their health. We get great pleasure from communicating with these people. Each participant has his own complex story of fate, which is reflected in the musical material.

Traditionally, the hosts of the project will be Vadim Takmenev and Anastasia Pak.

Vadim Takmenev: “I, as before each season of our incredible project, experience serious excitement. But this excitement is not disturbing, but pleasant. I can’t wait to get to know the new members, establish warm relations with them and try to live with them in absolute happiness in the near future. Usually that’s what happens – it’s a lot of music, a lot of different stories and an endless amount of emotions. All of this is super charged. Be a part of the project “You are super! 60+ means one thing to me – to be a part of something grandiose and very important. Because this is probably the only television project that combines two, as it seemed before, completely contradictory functions – commercial (in terms of audience coverage and high TV viewing results) and social. At the same time, the latter has long become the main one for all of us – to support and let open up people who find themselves in various difficult life situations and who before that had no opportunity to express themselves and declare themselves so loudly and so brightly.

Anastasia Pak: “You are super! 60+ is a project for people who came to fulfill their dreams, because all their lives they had to live for someone, but not for themselves. They raised the virgin lands and restored the Motherland after the war, so they did not have the opportunity to make their dreams come true. And now this time has appeared, but it seems to them that life is already ending, and the dream has remained a dream. But in fact, life is just beginning, and now they come to the show and start life anew. We just give them a place and help them realize their dream to do something truly grand: to sing from a huge stage about their whole life, about pain and about joy. I would wish all the participants to never stop dreaming and never give up on your dream.”

In the new season, 41 participants from Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Canada and Israel will take the stage. The youngest contestant is 60 years old, and the oldest participants in the music competition are 83 years old.
