“The Cup of Courage will be dedicated to the memory of Guard Lieutenant Bogdan Baryshnikov. About 200 fighters from Noyabrsk, Surgut, Kogalym and Khanymey will take part in the competition. The youngest participant is eight years old, the oldest athletes are up to 17 years old inclusive,” the message says.
The competition will take place on December 24 at 09:00 at the Zenit sports and recreation complex on Dzerzhinsky, 4.
Recall, Noyabrsk said goodbye with Bogdan Baryshnikov, who died in the Northern Military District in May 2023. The fighter was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage – award handed over to the parents of the fallen Yamal resident.
