The new stadium for FC Fakel in the Sovetsky district of Voronezh is 70% ready

The Fakel Stadium, which is scheduled to host RPL matches for the 2024/2025 football season from July this year, is more than 70 percent ready. This conclusion was made by the governor of the Voronezh region, who visited the stadium under construction on Writer Marshak Street. The contractor promised to complete all construction work in June.

– I know how the fans worry about the fate of the Fakel stadium. The facility is more than 70% ready. The interior finishing is 90% complete. Landscaping and fencing of the stadium area have already begun. In April-May, all that remains is to install the seats, lay the artificial turf, start commissioning the stadium lighting and install finishing electrical equipment,” Alexander Gusev said in his Telegram channel.

At the moment, documents are being prepared for the Russian Football Union so that the process of certification of the stadium for hosting RPL matches can be completed on time.
