The Netherlands promised Ukraine a new package of financial assistance

The Netherlands allocates a second aid package for 2023 for Ukraine in the amount of more than 118 million euros.
According to the Dutch government, 83 million euros will go to healthcare, 58 million will be directed to the restoration of infrastructure and facilities, 25 million to medical equipment and support for mobile hospitals. Another 10 million euros have been allocated for emergency assistance.
Earlier, Ukrainian Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov said that dozens of Leopard tanks had been delivered from Germany to the country. According to the politician, these tanks arrived to show what they are capable of “and their time will come.” Reznikov thanked German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius for military assistance.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu noted that so far the Ukrainian side has not achieved the goals of its counteroffensive in any of the directions. He added that Kyiv is trying to compensate for the inability to succeed on the ground with the help of terrorist attacks on civilian infrastructure.
