The head of the Spartak press service, Dmitry Zelenov, told the portal “Championship”that Quincy Promes will miss the match with Zenit. It is scheduled for March 2. Due to missing the game, disciplinary measures are planned to be taken against Quincy Promes after his return to Russia, the press service representative clarified.

On February 14, the Amsterdam District Court found Quincy Promes guilty of drug smuggling and sentenced him to six years in prison. His property was arrested, and the football player was put on the international wanted list. According to investigators, in 2020, Quincy Promes organized the transportation of 1.3 tons of cocaine through the port of Antwerp.
