The murder of a Russian with a hammer, committed in 1992, was solved in St. Petersburg
Law enforcement officers in St. Petersburg have identified a man who committed murder in September 1992, inflicting 24 blows to the victim’s head and body with a hammer, reports ren.tv.
The investigation concluded that the crime was committed 32 years ago by a neighbor of the victim.
A decision was made against a man born in 1954, who died in 1994, to be charged as an accused.
