On April 7, the hero city of Tula hosted an interregional Muay Thai tournament “We Don’t Abandon Our Own.”
The venue for the Mauitai competition was the Tula Arena multifunctional sports center.
“About one hundred and sixty master athletes from the Ryazan, Tambov, Moscow, Oryol, Kaluga and Tula regions took part in the competition,” the editors of the regional Ministry of Sports reported.

The Tula residents won prizes; in total, about five hundred fighters took part in the tournament. Ulyana Khrisanova won gold and qualified for the national team for the world championship in Bangkok.
