The movement of electric trains between Savelovsky and Belorussky stations will be closed on April 29

The train schedule for MCD-1 will change from April 29 to May 8.

Between Savelovsky and Belorussky stations from 3:00 on April 29 to 3:00 on May 8, train traffic will be closed, the press service of the Moscow Railway reported.

During this time, the workers will lay rails for the second main track on the stretch between the stations in order to get rid of the need for reverse traffic. In addition, new tracks will be partially laid in the sections from the Savyolovsky railway station to Begovaya, new turnouts will be laid, and work will be carried out to install a contact network. This will normalize the schedule of trains on the MCD-1.

During the period of work, the schedule of electric trains on the Belorussky and Savelovsky directions and aeroexpress trains to Sheremetyevo Airport will be significantly adjusted. Aeroexpresses, as well as electric trains of the Savelovsky direction, will run from / to the Savelovsky railway station, and on the Belorussky direction, electric trains will run from / to the Belorussky railway station.

By the way, with the launch of the Big Circle Metro Line, it has become easier for MCD-1 passengers to get from the Belarusian direction of the Moscow Railway to Savelovsky. After getting off at Kuntsevskaya, you can make a transfer to the BKL station of the same name and get straight to Savelovskaya, which goes to Savelovsky Station. In the same way, it is easy to get in the opposite direction.

But in any case, since the departure and arrival times of trains will change, passengers should plan routes in advance and follow the changes in the schedule.
