The teenager, who was reported to the police almost 100 (!) times in a year, will soon be sent for compulsory treatment. The 15-year-old teenager has long become a threat to an entire neighborhood, but all attempts by adults to rein him in have so far been unsuccessful.

As MK learned, the residents of one of the houses in the Olympic Village became hostages of the young hooligan. He began to actively engage in hooliganism back in 2018, when he was just a child. True, Pavel (name changed) allowed himself pranks that were by no means childish. For example, a boy climbed onto the canopy of the entrance and threw snowballs at the windows, doused the neighbors with water, painted the entrance with obscene inscriptions, and threw bags of garbage around the front door. He was registered, his mother was constantly called to the juvenile affairs inspectorate, but the situation did not change. The law enforcement officers tried to limit the woman’s parental rights (the boy’s father does not live with them), and to subject Pavel himself to a psychiatric examination. However, all other authorities ignored the problem with enviable tenacity. The matter even reached the State Duma: one of the deputies took care of the difficult teenager.

The situation finally got out of control last year. Pavel completely tortured his neighbors – in a year they wrote 91 reports to the police against him. In the end, law enforcement officers finally found a way out – after another “art” of the scoundrel, when he painted the entrance with Nazi symbols and obscene inscriptions, a criminal case was opened for vandalism. Already as part of the investigation, an examination took place, which declared Pavel insane. In the near future he will go for compulsory treatment.
