Earlier, Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Project for Security and Combating Corruption, asked the Prosecutor General’s Office to check Danila Kozlovsky. He claimed that the actor criticized the special military operation and allegedly shouted out calls for rallies. Borodin also reported on Kozlovsky’s departure to the United States and called for Kozlovsky not to be allowed to perform on the stage of Russian theaters.
Kozlovsky himself previously wrote on Telegram that he does not have a second citizenship, and he flew to the United States to visit his child. In addition, the actor said that he did not call for rallies, and the video with calls was filmed on the set of a historical series about the revolution. Kozlovsky also indicated that he earns in Russia, and the funds from his participation in charity performances go to the treatment of children.
