The Moscow prosecutor’s office reported on its Telegram channel that 32-year-old blogger and business coach Ayaz Shabutdinov was charged with eight crimes under the article “fraud committed by an organized group on an especially large scale.” The day before it was reported that Shabutdinov was detained.
The investigation believes that Shabutdinov and his accomplices, for selfish reasons, created a false impression among citizens about the possibility of carrying out entrepreneurial activities with a high income. For this purpose, he organized educational programs and offered students to buy various courses and trainings, after which they would be able to start a successful business, which was not true.
In the near future, the court will consider the prosecution’s request to take Shabutdinov into custody. The statement notes that the accused did not admit his guilt.
