Since 2017, the company has localized the production of microwave electronics at the Pechatniki SEZ site. “The resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ is engaged in the development of import-substituting microwave devices, which, as a rule, have no Russian analogues. The company’s products are used to provide various types of communications, including terrestrial and satellite, in radar, radio navigation, high-speed data transmission systems, remote sensing of the earth and radio monitoring of the environment,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy .
He added that over the 7 years of activity in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, the enterprise, which has a staff of 75 people, has produced microwave equipment worth more than 2 billion rubles. Our plans for the current year are to occupy a niche in the telecommunications systems market. Pilot batches of devices have already been sent to one of the cellular operators.
Among the resident’s latest developments are low-noise amplifiers for amplifying weak signals. They are created on the basis of active and passive elements of the microwave range from Russian manufacturers. According to the company’s general director Sergei Kan, obtaining resident status will allow the company to reduce the tax burden and use the freed-up funds to improve production efficiency.
