The Second Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction (2nd KSOY) on Tuesday closed from the public a hearing on a complaint against a high-profile sentence to former Moscow municipal deputy Alexei Gorinov. Immediately after that, the process was postponed indefinitely – it turned out that the complaint simply did not reach the court. Lawyers have not been able to find out the reasons for closing the process, and the court – the location of the complaint. The expert points out that correspondence of this kind is lost forever in exceptional cases.
