The Ministry of Transport increased the number of inspection points near the Crimean bridge, redistributing workers
On Sunday, the official Telegram channel of the Crimean Ministry of Transport reported that the number of checkpoints near the Crimean bridge had been increased. Part of the workers was redistributed from the Crimean side to the Krasnodar side, where the waiting time in a traffic jam is now 5 hours.
The decision was made due to the constant flow of traffic. We stopped the growth of the queue, and at the moment the optimization of inspection work is being carried out.
The publication also mentions that the head of the Crimean Ministry of Transport, Nikolai Lukashenko, noted that the line of cars on the Crimean bridge, formed from the Republic of Crimea, was completely eliminated by Sunday morning. As of 11:00 Sunday, the traffic jam is only 0.1 km. However, from the side of the Krasnodar Territory, the queue stretched for 7 km.
The traffic jam formed on Saturday; to eliminate it, the work of inspection lines and support forces was strengthened. The distribution of drinking water was organized for the people.
