The Ministry of Justice plans to submit a new Code of Administrative Offenses to the Russian government in 2024.
Earlier, State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Justice Andrei Loginov said that the new Code of Administrative Offenses is almost ready and should be submitted to the government for consideration.
The development of amendments to the new Code of Administrative Offenses has been ongoing in our country since 2019. The Ministry of Justice published the draft of the new code on January 30, 2020, and since then work on the document has continued.
