The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is preparing lawsuits to the country’s High Anti-Corruption Court demanding the confiscation of the assets of Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska, as well as former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
As Deputy Minister Irina Mudraya explained to Interfax-Ukraine, in order to send the relevant claims to the court, it is necessary to obtain documents from the authorized state bodies and carefully prepare the evidence base.
At the same time, it is specified that the Ocean Plaza shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv is still owned by Russian billionaire Arkady Rotenberg, since the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine has not imposed sanctions on him.
