Vitaliy Kovin was added to the register of foreign agents on September 29, 2021. According to the Ministry of Justice, Mr. Kovrin received money transfers from citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan, and also shared materials of foreign agents on social networks. On September 5, he was fired from the Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University. He himself stated that he was fired because of the status of a foreign agent.
