The list includes musician and producer Semyon Slepakov, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, the Agency and Polygon publications, the Rainbow Association human rights organization, cartoonist Pavel Muntyan, former Novaya Gazeta correspondent Pavel Kanygin, journalist and former State Duma deputy Igor Yakovenko.
At the same time, in connection with the liquidation, the Ministry of Justice excluded from the register of foreign agents the NPO Center for the Conservation and Study of Salmon Species and Their Habitats, as well as the regional public organization Sakhalin Environmental Watch.
