  • Aslan Artsuev participated as a respondent on an information platform provided by a foreign agent, spoke out against a special operation in Ukraine, distributed materials from foreign agents, as well as “unreliable information aimed at creating a negative image” of Russia and the Russian army, “made calls for action, the results of which could lead to to a violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation.”
