The Ministry of Justice granted the status of a foreign agent to Little Big soloist Ilya Prusikin, official representative of the 14th Dalai Lama in Russia, Mongolia and the CIS countries Erdni Ombadykov, poetess Daria Serenko, Tatar human rights activist Rafis Kashapov and The Moscow Times journalist Fidel Agumava. The status of an NPO-foreign agent was received by Philosophy of Non-Violence LLC and the Digital Rights Development Foundation. Their founders are Andrey Kolesnikov, former editor-in-chief of Novaya Gazeta, and the public project Roskomsvoboda (also recognized as foreign agents). Two legal entities were created in pursuance of the law on foreign agents.
