The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has prepared a bill, according to which it is proposed to prohibit the provision of certain services to illegal migrants.
The head of the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for migration issues, Valentina Kazakova, said that we are talking, among other things, about marriage, car registration and opening a bank account.
At the plenary session of the IV All-Russian Forum “Peoples of Russia – National Policy: The Modern Stage,” Kazakova suggested that illegal migrants should not have the right to use these services, and a ban on opening an account will also block the channel for the possibility of transferring money.
