The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia put the Moldovan Russian-speaking blogger Nikolai Lebedev, known as Nekoglai, on the wanted list.
As noted in the publication in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the blogger is wanted under a criminal article.
What exactly Lebedev is accused of is not specified.
