Volgograd street art artist Philippenzo (real name Philip Kozlov) is wanted under a criminal article, as follows from the search database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is unknown under what article the search is being conducted.
Philippenzo is a street artist from Volgograd, author of the graffiti “Izrossilovanie” and “Our Zinc”. In July it detained at the airport after returning from Georgia under the article on disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). In August, after 15 days of arrest, the court sent he was arrested for the second time. At the beginning of September for the artist opened a case about vandalism motivated by political hatred (Part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
