MIA in its Telegram channel reported that the new rules, which came into force on September 1, do not imply a ban on hanging gadgets on the windshield of a car, if they do not interfere with the driver.
It is clarified that in a document that has recently entered into force, there is a clause according to which it is impossible to drive a car if it “is equipped with additional items or coatings that limit visibility.”
The department added that in this paragraph, the restriction of visibility is a key criterion for determining whether it is possible to hang any gadget on the windshield. Based on the clarification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it is possible to install the device if it does not interfere with the driver.
