The official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Irina Volk, stated that the minibus, which was in the Crocus City Hall parking lot during the terrorist attack, was an ambulance.
According to her, earlier video recordings and photographs of a minibus in the Crocus City Hall parking lot during a terrorist attack appeared in some Telegram channels. It was claimed on social networks that this vehicle belongs to the canine service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“These statements are not true. The minibus captured in the video and photo is an ambulance,” noted Irina Volk.
