According to rumors, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has begun checking the wedding agencies of the capital and the region, which provide services for filming ceremonies from the air. Recall that after the attack of drones on the Senate Palace of the Moscow Kremlin in the capital region, any drone flights are prohibited, with the exception of those that are “necessary for state needs.”
According to wedding organizer Olga Marandi, the ban on the use of quadrocopters upset both the newlyweds, and videographers, and agencies.
“This service has become very popular, because when editing a wedding video, beautiful shots are used, there are many options for such shooting,” explains Marandi. – It costs extra money because there is a second operator. However, the safety of people, in particular, the event itself, of course, is more important. No agency is interested in spoiling the holiday by litigating with the police and disrupting the celebration, which we, together with the newlyweds, have been preparing for six months. The arrival of the police at the wedding is fraught with serious financial and reputational losses that will not pay off with any additional services.
At the same time, many wedding agencies continue to organize shooting of ceremonies from quadcopters, however, now they have become more expensive. Ceremony organizers, according to some agency representatives, “include risks in the cost of organizing a wedding.”
“As for raids, in this case, as with business checks, there is always a nuance: no one has canceled the corruption component,” emphasizes the wedding organizer.
Vigilant citizens, frightened by the flights of enemy copters in Moscow and the region, as a rule, promptly report the detection of any drones. It is believed that shooting a wedding from a drone is carried out as quickly as possible so that the operator can escape from the venue before the arrival of the police.
“The information about fast shooting from a copter is, of course, complete nonsense,” Marandi assures. – Because the location for shooting is selected in advance. The copter is used to film the ceremony, and only the decorators prepare it for several hours. A drone is also taken to a photo session, but you need to understand that a whole team works on any photoset: a photographer, a cameraman, their assistants, a coordinator. “To quickly run away from the shooting” – this is something from the realm of fantasy.
