The Ministry of Industry and Trade is considering the issue of introducing a database of unscrupulous manufacturers, suppliers and importers of industrial products in Russia. About it “Izvestia” the department reported.
We are talking about companies with administrative penalties and convictions in criminal cases in the field of illegal trade in goods. The Ministry of Industry and Trade is now discussing with other departments the possible structure of this database, the composition of information, and the list of products. No consequences are planned for those on the list.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade noted that the government instructed to work on the issue of creating a database of unscrupulous suppliers, and the department supported the initiative. According to the order, it is necessary to determine the sources of its financing. However, a definition of the concept of “bad faith” has not yet been proposed for making decisions about inclusion in the database.
