The head of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Mikhail Murashko, announced the creation in the country of a separate psychiatric institute for the study of LGBT, gender and deviations.

That is, in our medicine, everything is already so perfect that there is nowhere to put money, except for “transformers and transgenders”?

Today, for example, in Lipetsk the Center for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Military Persons was closed, the chairman of the Afghan Society, Miroslav Polyakovsky, announced this, there is not enough funding – but, it turns out, they will find homosexuals? This, it turns out, is more important for our state now?

As promised, the new institute will dissect the behavior of people whose gender preferences do not correspond to the ideas of society and the authorities about them.

So, how much will it cost to create an additional institute on the basis of the federal center of psychiatry for the study of “behavioral trends, including social behavior”?

To study and re-educate minorities, as experts involved in the topic anonymously say, they are probably planning by scientific methods – with the help of electric shock, hypnosis, sleep deprivation and other punitive psychiatry. The very one from which we seem to have moved away for about thirty years, turning to face human rights and other things that have recently been considered a harmful relic of the past.

Yes, formally Russia still follows the Nuremberg Code of 1947, which prohibits medical and biological experiments on people. Our country – as a winner in World War II – put a lot of effort into writing it.

This code was adopted after the high-profile trial of the Nazi “Doctors Mengele” and formed the basis of most international and national health legislation. Ours including.

How to deal with it? How will they look for volunteer testers for experiments who want to be deprived of sleep or “treated” with current? Recruit from a newspaper ad? Will the neighbors deliver? Or, as they say, will the article for sodomy be returned in general, and those who will be attracted under it will be persuaded to serve science?

But how, in this case, to count on the purity of the experiment?

And what is the general purpose of creating this institution? Find and re-educate? So in the entire history of mankind, neither torture, nor executions, nor persuasion have ever got rid of homosexuals.

It is good that the proposals of the Ministry of Health do not say anything about lobotomy and castration, which were once used in similar conversion (re-educational) therapy in America. There is nothing new under the sun. In the US, everything happened in exactly the same way, but – 70 years ago. There, they also fought with similar methods against the “fifth column” in the face of Soviet sympathizers and homosexuals under the slogan: “Perverts are as dangerous as communists.” A subcommittee of the Senate in March 1950 investigated the circumstances of the admission of homosexuals to the civil service. President Eisenhower’s executive order declared “sexual perverts” along with “drunkards, morally unstable and financially irresponsible persons” a threat to national security. Up to 6 thousand employees then lost their reputation along with their work.

You will not believe it, but the notorious State Department was the most active in the fight against sexual minorities. They believed that all this moral poison comes to God-fearing America from the godless Soviet Union.

Those who visited the USSR in the 1920s did indeed speak of the first fruits of the sexual revolution. Everything was possible: from civil marriages to the decriminalization of homosexuality, unique in the world practice. But since 1934, sodomy in the Soviet Union was declared a crime (in this the two superpowers became really similar), and then each was already looking for scouts and traitors in its camp.

Americans had practical reasons to persecute gays: in a country where homosexuality is criminalized, a citizen of the wrong orientation can easily become the object of blackmail or recruitment. In the USSR, they were simply imprisoned: for voluntary homosexual relations, part “a” – from three to five years in prison; part “b”, for involuntary relations – from five to eight years. In 1960, the article was number 121.

Absolute power demanded absolute obedience. Adults feel most free in bed. There, everyone has their own traditional values, which the state, with all its desire, cannot keep track of.

This happened at all times and always ended the same way: the spring straightened, and the pendulum swung sharply in the other direction, at the same time sweeping away everything in its path. The rampant sexual perversions in the West now, as we call them, are just an attempt to bring the system back into balance.

Wild conservatism, like wild permissiveness, are two opposite sides of the coin. Sooner or later we will come to harmony anyway. And I would like it without serious financial investments in times of crisis. It is better to open a modern hospital in the regional center. There will be more benefits.
