Director of the Center named after. Gamaleya Alexander Ginzburg reported “RIA News”that the Russian Ministry of Health has registered the Sputnik V vaccine against coronavirus with an updated composition. Corresponding changes have been made to the instructions for the drug, he added.
According to Mr. Gunzburg, the registration of the updated Sputnik will allow us to move on to testing the vaccine on adolescents, because Sputnik Light, the composition of which was updated earlier, is not registered for them. Sputnik V studies involving teenagers are scheduled to be completed at the end of March, he said.

Then he reportedthat research on the updated Sputnik for children 12–17 years old is already ending.
