Zakharova noted that “in rare cases” there were indeed delays in the supply of military products, but they were caused precisely by Western sanctions threats against transport companies cooperating with Russia. This situation is an indisputable fact of unfair competition from Washington and its allies, trying to force Russian equipment out of foreign markets, she added.

Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24.
