In July 2022, the Ministry of Finance prepared a draft resolution on the systematization of small privatization objects. It says that assets owned by the Russian Federation are cheaper than 100 million rubles. will be annually compiled by the Federal Property Management Agency into a list for sale to private hands at auction along a short route – without inclusion in the forecast privatization plan.
