The Russian Ministry of Finance is counting on the participation of 2 million people in the long-term savings program. The program will attract 300 billion rubles. additional resources, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov at a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.
Siluanov noted that the program of long-term savings, on the one hand, will be of interest to citizens due to the co-financing of savings from the state, and on the other hand, tax preferences.
The long-term savings program was developed by the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Participation in the program will be voluntary. It provides for co-financing of contributions up to 36,000 rubles. per year, tax deduction up to 52,000 rubles. annually when paying contributions up to 400,000 rubles, as well as insurance of funds contributed by the state in the amount of 2.8 million rubles.
