On the evening of March 22, armed men in camouflage burst into the Crocus City Hall building near Moscow and opened fire. They shot visitors to the center at point-blank range and threw incendiary bombs. The shooting continued in the concert hall, where spectators were waiting for the Picnic group to start performing.
