In the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, they told what children should be taught when stray animals appear, especially in the absence of adults nearby.
The main advice is not to stroke and tease stray animals, the report says.
It is also not recommended to visit forests and reservoirs without the permission of parents, as well as to be in wastelands and landfills. Rescuers also do not recommend children to engage in conversations with strangers.
In addition, before the walk, the child must inform the parents where he is going to walk and when he plans to return.
“Children’s safety depends on their behavior,” sums up the EMERCOM of Russia.
