The Ministry of Education has published answers to the most common questions about the cycle of classes “Conversations about the important”. The department said that school students are required to attend these classes and master the prepared materials, since the lessons are included in the educational program.
AT Telegram channel The ministry notes that classes are held in the format of a classroom hour. The lessons involve a dialogue with students about the history and culture of Russia, its role in world processes. At the end of each lesson, feedback from the students is provided.
The Ministry of Education reported that the format of the cycle does not involve grading and homework. The recommended materials, added in the department, are placed in public access on the official site lesson cycle.
From September 5, all Russian schools for students in grades 1-11 began to conduct extracurricular classes “Conversations about the important.” Previously, they were recommended to put on Monday morning. On September 13, the Minister of Education, Sergei Kravtsov, announced plans to include a discussion of the special operation in Ukraine in the course of classes. According to him, the lessons will discuss the reasons, goals and objectives of the special operation in order to avoid the influence of “fakes and disinformation.”
