On February 7, the rules for issuing preferential mortgages for programmers were changed – now it can be received by IT-shniki not from 22 to 44 years old, but from 18 to 50 (inclusive). In particular, the period for maintaining a preferential mortgage rate for retired specialists was extended from three to six months.
The requirements for the salaries of working employees were also reduced. Now the minimum wage will be 120,000 rubles. before tax for those living in million-plus cities, for other regions – from 70,000 rubles, and for Moscow, as before – from 150,000 rubles.
