The Ministry of Digital Development determines what guarantees can be provided to departed IT specialists for their return. Minister Maksut Shadayev stated the need to “remove the fears and fears of those who left.”

“We are trying to formulate what should be done additionally in order to remove the fears and fears of those who left.
