The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, together with Roskomnadzor, is establishing the reasons for the failure of a number of Internet services and sites in Russia.

“The work of Telegram and other services in Russia is being restored, joint work is underway with Roskomnadzor to establish the cause of the incident,” the Ministry of Digital Development reported.
