Russian air defense systems intercepted four Ukrainian drones in the sky over the Oryol region, and two more were shot down over the Tula region, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

“Tonight, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack by an aircraft-type UAV on objects on the territory of the Russian Federation was stopped. Air defense forces on duty intercepted four Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the territory of the Oryol region and two over the territory of the Tula region,” – it says in the message.

On the night of September 21 in the Oryol region destroyed two drones. They tried to hit fuel and energy infrastructure facilities, the region’s governor, Andrei Klychkov, said at the time.

Drones attempted to attack the Tula region in late August and mid-September. In the Uzlovsky district on September 17, a drone fell on the territory of Logistics Center No. 1, there were no casualties.
