How informs TV channel “Rada”, First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Lieutenant-General Oleksandr Pavlyuk acknowledged the existence of the problem of evading mobilization in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to him, this problem exists and even grows.
“This is an obstruction to the actions of the Armed Forces… Sooner or later, law enforcement agencies will pay special attention to this problem. If everything was in accordance with the law, there would be no problems,” Pavlyuk said.
