The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the destruction of more than 80 fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

In the Krasnolimansky direction, the Russian military carried out an offensive and took advantageous lines and positions, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.

They also reported that “as a result of artillery fire, assault and army aviation strikes,” “more than 80 Ukrainian servicemen” were knocked out of the enemy’s ranks. In addition, 2 Ukrainian tanks, 3 armored fighting vehicles and 2 pickup trucks were destroyed.

In other parts of the line of contact, the situation is as follows: the Russian Armed Forces continue to successfully advance in the Donetsk direction, there they thwarted an attempt by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to counterattack in the areas of the settlements of Spornoye, Kurdyumovka and Marinka, destroyed more than 60 fighters of Ukrainian formations, as well as 5 armored combat vehicles in a day.

In the LPR, in the Kuzemovka area, Russian troops thwarted an attempted attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kupyansky direction with a preemptive strike. Up to 65 Ukrainian soldiers, 2 infantry fighting vehicles and one pickup truck were destroyed.

In the Yuzhnodonets direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine unsuccessfully tried to restore the lost position in the regions of Vladimirovka (DPR) and Novodarovka (Zaporozhye region). Here, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost more than 30 servicemen, 3 vehicles and two combat vehicles – they were attacked by Russian attack aircraft and artillery.

The RF Armed Forces hit the deployment point of foreign mercenaries in the Kharkiv region in a day, shot down an enemy MiG-29 in the DPR and six UAVs near Kharkov and Zaporozhye.
