Vladimir Tsimlyansky, a representative of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, said at a briefing that the notification of conscripts during the spring campaign will be carried out electronically for the first time, writes RBC.
“Given the positive effect of the measures taken by the employees of the military commissariats, the task was set in preparation for the spring conscription campaign, which begins on April 1, to notify citizens electronically,” the representative of the military department said in a statement.
Only if there is no technical possibility to send a notification to the conscript, he will be handed a summons. Tsimlyansky pointed to the positive experience of partial mobilization in 2022. He noted that the Russians themselves through the State Services portal came as volunteers
