Czech General Shedivy spoke about the destruction of German Leopard tanks

Former Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Army General Jiří Šedivy in an interview with the magazine Czdefence stated that the Leopard tanks that Germany supplies to Ukraine are not “wonder weapons” and are greatly overpriced.
He clarified that earlier the Turkish military used Leopards in operations in Syria against the Islamic State (a terrorist organization banned in Russia).
“Then the Turks lost at least ten units of Leopard tanks in just a few operations,” said Shedivy.
According to him, Western politicians should be criticized for not knowing the real state of affairs in Ukraine.
Shedivy added that the statements of the political and military leadership of Ukraine about the victories on the line of contact and the absence of losses are seriously at odds with reality.
